Megatokyo - Pretty much the accepted king of webcomics at the moment, Megatokyo is a funny manga about 2 gamers from the US who get stranded in Japan. Though it has over 300 comics archived, the comic is a quick read as it grabs you and never lets go. Definately worth the time and effort to follow. You won't be disappointed by this one.

8-bit Theatre - Though I normally don't like sprite comics, this one easily makes up for the lack of art with humor. Set in Final Fantasy 1 for the NES, this comic is full of gaming jokes and general humor guaranteed to make you laugh.

Errant Story - Mixing serious and comedic elements, Errant Story produces a rich world with something for everyone. A favorite of mine, this comic has an unique feel that just keeps you salivating over each update.

Penny Arcade - Penny Arcade, proof if there ever was any that you can hate the artists and still love the comic. Great comic with clever jokes. The only flaw here is the people running it are assholes.

Sexy Losers - Dirty, sick, just plain wrong... yet so very, very funny. I was laughing so hard at one point I was actually crying. For mature audiences only.

Tsunami Channel - A clean, wholesome comic that still manages to be extremely funny. One of my favorites. Features great artwork and well written storylines.
